Attended a wedding at Royal Park Resorts Zirakpur, and it was an unforgettable experience! The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, and the overall arrangements were flawless. The food was simply mouth-watering, with an excellent variety. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for guests. good security, beautiful lobby, delightful pool, comfortable rooms and excellent service. We especially enjoyed the policy of having the butler arrive at our door within three minutes from the time of our call. Miss Mridu receptionist is more attractive respectfull manner to talk . Service: 5

I occasionally visit this hotel for business meetings. Need improvement in welcome zesture, room service facilities, restroom cleanliness, amenities in room. Team at restaurant should be in proper hotel uniform with gloves and sanitization.
