Worst behaviour of owner and staffthey are more commercial than customer serviceI didn’t order egg rice they forcefully given the egg rice and that to not in good quality I requested not to serve that staff forcefully served and owner behaviour also indicates same. First and foremost, the food at Hotel Royal Palace was simply amazing. Despite our hunger, we didn't have to wait long as our orders were promptly served within 10 to 15 minutes. The flavors were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations. Moreover, the hotel's location right next to the national highway was extremely convenient. It made it easy for us to find and access, and the ample parking spaces provided added convenience. We appreciated being able to park our vehicle comfortably while enjoying our meal. Overall, our experience at Hotel Royal Palace was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the convenient location made it a perfect pit stop during our journey. We highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers passing through the area.
