Old and dirty hotel. Highly overpriced. Bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. Since I complained about the tidiness in the bathroom they showed me 2 other room alternatives. Bathrooms in those rooms were of low standard as well. The bathtub had dark stains and the curtain seemed disgusting. The shower heads need to be changed or washed properly. We got only 2 big towels, no towel for face or hands even though the booking was made for 3 persons and we requested additional towel which never came. There are lizards and some kind of bugs crawling in the room. I got one of them on me. Luckily, the food was good. The best naan bread we had tasted on our trip. Breakfast had a poor food choice, but the taste and quality was good enough. The staff is extremely unexperienced. As if it was their first job ever. We were told that some of them had recently started in their positions, which may be true, since they were very insecure. I wonder how much training they have actually got. Some facelift and a good people management could bring this hotel to a high level, but currently it is just a disappointment and waste of money. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
