This is a regular vegetarian restaurant with a royal ambiance, from the seating arrangement to the overall surroundings. However, the portion size of the thali and food is limited, and the prices are on the higher side. Some dishes were quite tasty like batata wada, dahi wada, rabadi and also interestingly veg tambada pandhara rassa. Hygiene could be a concern, as I found a hair on my plate; however, this may have been a one-off issue. It’s worth a try if you want to experience a royal atmosphere. Very courteous and helpful service. We actually reached the restaurant right at 3pm, coming from Pune and they were closed. On our request they served as 2 thalis, with full menu of that day, hot puries, fresh rice and waiting for us to finish the delicious thali. Food tasted good obviously we were hungry as well. Aloo papdi chaat, aloo tamatar subji and Koshinbir was very tasty. Masale bhaat was also perfect.
