Dear Team, I recently visited your restaurant and would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. While I appreciate the ambiance and effort put into the dining setup, the service fell short of expectations. 1. Service Delays: I had to call multiple times to get food served, which was frustrating. 2. Lack of Clarity on Offers: On social media, you advertised a "369 Unlimited Biryani" offer, but no terms and conditions were mentioned. This caused confusion, and it felt misleading when I was informed of the conditions only upon arrival. I believe offers should be transparently communicated to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, this left me disappointed. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the dining experience for future customers. Looking forward to better service on my next visit. This is worst place for Take out. They will not supply as stated(pieces nos or quantity) . Especially if you order biryani you will hate them definitely. I suggest not to visit this place. If any one writing positive review about this place, they may be staff members working there to give fake review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
