The nice staff meets you at Royal Galaxy Hotel & Restaurants all year round. Cool service is something clients like here. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is pretty. Locality and property are good but everything depends on the behavior and service of the staff. The managing staff of the hotel are rude and liars. There is no match between the promises made at the time of booking and the service on the day of the program. Very Poor service. Service: 1

Place is good but management staff bahaviour is so rude & abusing.... Manager behaviour to customer like A beggar and use abusing words... Service is very low quality and food taste is too low... Very bad experience in this hotel........
