We visited The Royal Dine on Sunday and had a very disappointing experience. There was a long wait and, shockingly, no proper waiting area—everyone had to stand outside in the rain. Once we got a table, no staff came to take our order for a long time. Even when we called someone, they ignored us. When the food finally arrived, the taste was decent, but placing a repeat order took an unreasonable amount of time again. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. If you’re planning to visit, be prepared for delays and poor service. Definitely not worth the hype unless they improve their hospitality.
