Not sure I can rate a one star at all. The experience was horrific. My daughter with her college friends (foreigners) were harassed by a stranger trying to forcibly open the hotel room door in the middle of the night. The stranger was not an occupant of the hotel. Luckily my husband was in the next room and came to help them. The hotel reception has clearly leaked out the room number to the stranger which is extremely disturbing . Cops were called and FIR has been filed by us for harrasment. I would not recommend this property to anyone , an early checkout was done and we moved to another hotel in Madurai. To add it has left a scarring memory of temple city visit for the foreigners and us , who we spoke so highly about when promoting TN tourism. Service: 1
