Musterd oil smell in biriyani, tase was not good, and the gravy of chiken chap is taste less, please dn't provide this kind of food to customers, disgusting

over all taste of rice part of biriyani was ok but the chicken piece as very hard and blunt . same was in the case of Chicken chaap .the chicken pieces were not marinated well and not been tenderised.you need to marinate the chicken pieces 1st soak the chicken pieces in water mixed with vinegar and salt .That will clean the chicken well and help and getting slightly tender .Then marinate with raw papaya paste or papaya leaves paste .that will make your chicken or mutton tender.then wash and marinate in various spices .Then cook for longer time . Please saute slowly for longer time over low flame to infuse the taste inside the chicken pieces till the bone .
