I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment because Royal Café used to be one of my favourite places in Hazratganj. I visited recently after their renovation, expecting the same charm, good food, and warm service — but sadly, the experience was completely opposite.I ordered a Chicken Chilly Pizza, hoping for that rich flavour Royal Café was once known for, but it turned out bland and tasteless. The pizza lacked freshness and flavour, and honestly, it didn’t feel worth the price at all. I also ordered Chicken Drums, but instead of that, they served me Chicken Lollipops, which felt careless and disappointing.It’s sad to see that after renovation, they’ve increased the prices but reduced the quality and taste. Earlier, the café had a soul — you could feel the warmth in both food and service — but now it feels more commercial, without care for the customer’s experience.What hurt me even more was that they didn’t pack my 2 paans even though it was clearly billed, and when I tried to ask about it, the staff’s behaviour was rude .I truly didn’t expect this from a place that once had such a good reputation.I left the café with genuine regret. It’s heartbreaking to see how a place that once had great food and hospitality has lost its quality, taste, and warmth. I honestly don’t wish to visit again until they bring back the same care and standard they were once loved for

Highly over priced and not worth it. Royal Cafe was our go to family get together place, but now the prices are too high and they no longer provide the quality or service. Highly disappointed. Should be avoided at all costs.
