I had a very disturbing experience during my stay here. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find cockroaches crawling on my bed and even nibbling on my hair while I was asleep. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I booked this hotel at ₹ 800/- for one night (7-8 hours only) expecting basic cleanliness and safety, but it was shocking to experience such poor hygiene standards. When I informed the staff, there was no proper response or immediate solution. Cockroach infestation not only shows lack of cleanliness but also poses health risks to guests. I had to wash myself thoroughly and couldn’t sleep peacefully after this incident. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values hygiene, safety, and a peaceful stay. Management should take serious pest control and cleanliness measures to ensure guests do not have to go through such discomfort and health hazards. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
