It’s a good restaurant and bakery.Really can tell they are one of the best in Pattimattom.I had good experiences with them.Bad I had last day was with my kids birthday cake.Always I am getting different prices for Birthday cakes- same flavored cake I am ordering every time.Ordered for a rectangular shape- Delivered a round one.Answer was too bad- they told already made it. Before my order how they can make it.And my kids name they given with wrong spelling- then what is the matter of pre booking and advance payment.During booking they told its rate, and for delivery time another rate.Again they are blaming that already informed.Last time the same experience with Kolenchery MODC Jn Royal also did.I think this is a usual habit of Royal bakers to serve their fair customers in these way.
