Today I've got a bad experience for this particular hotel. I reached there by 3:30pm and ordered a sharjashake parcel. it took a lot of time than usually it should take and i also witnessed a costomer leaving wothout drinking there tea because of the same reason( taking toomuch time) . And even though my order was ready by4:45 there was no one to parcel it and bring it to the billing counter. At last i took it from the kitchencounter and bring it to the billing counter myself and no one was there to pack the parcel and after telling a staff he packed the parcel but forgot to put the straw in it. It took half an hour for getting a single sharjashake. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service, too, has become less efficient, making the visit less enjoyable. However, when it comes to their bakery section, the experience is relatively better. Their snacks and baked goods, though not exceptional, remain a decent option for those looking for quick bites. While they may not be the best in town, they still hold their place as one of the better-known bakeries in Aluva. If you’re specifically looking for snacks or bakery items, it’s worth a visit, but for a satisfying restaurant meal, there are certainly better alternatives available.
