Unprofessional, poor quality food, lacking standard toilet facilities and rude behavior of old man who sits in the billing counter.. We are surprised with atrocious behavior of old man in the billing counter. . We went to have food with family in this restaurant,due to unethical behavior of restaurant owner, we skipped this restaurant and left the place just grabbing shawarma in adjacent shop. We used to have food in this restaurant multiple times whenever we visit for shopping in erode. Now it's changed.. No customer centric approach... I am sorry your restaurant needs to fix customer service skills immediately otherwise your restaurant reputation will be lost soon.. Alternatively, we visited nikkah biriyani and had nice food.
