I ordered at 7:52pm but to my suprise I got my food after one and a half hour delay. They took this much time just to deliver chicken fried rice and then think how much time they will take to deliver a full meal order.

I am a regular consumer from Rourkela Club Restaurant. I see day by day the quality is degrading. Also, wait time is very high as compared to other restaurants. Zomato, can you work on these flaws to improve the quality.
