Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Rouba Residency and it was a complete disappointment. I booked the Duke Room expecting at least basic comfort, but the experience was far below average. The room felt more like a lodge than a hotel — definitely not suitable for families. The morning buffet was a joke. I went at 8:30 AM expecting a decent spread, but there were barely any items available. When I asked for a GST bill, I was told I couldn't get one, which is totally unprofessional. The bathroom was pathetic, poorly maintained and not clean. There were no amenities in the room as promised, which was really frustrating. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable, and I regret choosing this place. I would not recommend Rouba Residency to anyone looking for a decent, clean, and professional stay.
