One of a kind concept. The staff was very hospitable. Never have I seen better sanitization than this place. Food was lip smacking. The ras malai here is to die for. Must visit for the food they offer at the prices they have. I'd recommend a visit with the family. Kudos

Right from conceptualisation to execution, this place has nailed it. What a novel idea to bring together all those Indian states that have the various forms of ‘Roti’ as their staple food and to drive the entire restaurant on this concept. The kitchen and serving staff are all females and offer such great hospitality right from the entry till you exit the restaurant, it’s a rarity! It’s a modern take on the traditional Thali system and the cuisines range from Maharashtrian, Gujarati to Awadh, Assamese and International. Everything served is freshly cooked in an open kitchen so you are in for a delectable experience here, every single time. We were 3 couples and we went for Maharashtrian, Punjabi and Awadh with a few customisations that they offer and found ourselves completely satisfied with the quantity. As it was Holi, we ended our meals with a mandatory glass of Thandai. This place has really got my heart and I strongly recommend you to try it out with family or friends. Its simple, more the people on table, more the cuisines you get to try! Kudos to Roti Republiic, for introducing us to the real Indian taste in a modern way.
