Amazing place. Kind of regular customer. Love going there. Food is yummy and service is good. Had their special hot chocolate yesterday. It was heavenly and so yummy. I hope they continue keeping it in their regular menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been here many times, but it was so disappointing to see the bill today. They charged three different packaging charges for god knows what, for a bag and a box no cutlery included. Being a regular, i trusted the branch and didn’t go through the bill too consciously until I came home. It’s so disappointing to see the three different packaging charges. Wouldn’t want to to come back again. Please check your bills carefully before you pay here.

Dear guest- please accept my sincere apologise for the same. Usually those packaging charges are just place holders for newly launched items in our menu till we update our add-ons and other items in our billing systems. We assure you - you weren’t charged multiple packaging charges or in-fact, any actual packaging charge.Edit- we checked this invoice - this pasta was baked- which is an optional add on- which wasnt reflecting in our billing system at that time so we billed as packaging charge - you werent charged for any actual packaging.I once again apologise for the confusion and error in billing.

I had a disappointing experience at Roslyn Coffee Shop. I ordered a hot chocolate, but instead I was served coffee. The drink tasted more like plain milk than chocolate. Additionally, the dessert I received was completely different from what I had ordered Overall, the quality and accuracy of the order were not satisfactory, and I did not enjoy my visit. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600
