A true Delhiite knows what Roshan di kulfi means to us. Its about the scrumptious chaat, the irresistible chole bhature and yummy kulfi. Its not a fine dining place but a restaurant where you might have to wait (it's that famous) but it'll be worth it once you have your food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Great taste. Ironically roshan di Kulfis have become hollow over the years. Having kulfi after 20-25 years. surprised to see how they make hollow Kulfi. I don't remember whether the kulfi they used to serve earlier were hollow from inside or solid. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
