I recently had an unfortunate experience with the shawarma from Roshan Arabian restaurant. The chicken was incredibly tough and dry, making it quite unpleasant to eat. The shawarma was overloaded with onions and cabbage, which dominated the flavor and detracted from the overall taste. The bread was also subpar, lacking freshness and having a poor texture. This made the entire meal quite disappointing. Given the quality of this dish, I felt it was not worth the price. I hope the restaurant can address these issues and improve the quality of their shawarma to meet customer expectations.
