Roots Restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Very bad experience. The service at Root Restaurant was extremely poor. The staff was careless and unresponsive. The food quality was unacceptable — it tasted stale, as if it was 3 days old. This is completely unhygienic and unsafe. I went expecting a decent dinner, but it was a total disappointment. Serving old food is not acceptable under any circumstances. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Definitely not worth the money. We had wonderful experience at Roots restaurant. The Ambiance is beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Service was prompt and cozy ambiance. The food was fantastic and delicious. There are lots of options for lunch and dinner. Staffs were friendly and humble. Price was affordable and totally worth it. Highly recommended to all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
