This is the first time I’m giving a two-star rating to Rooh Mehrauli — my previous one-star experience was with a bakery, but unfortunately, Rooh comes close. <br> <br>The place looks stunning, no doubt. If you're into social media, the ambiance is picture-perfect and ideal for that Instagram post. But if you're a food lover, be prepared for disappointment. <br> <br>We ordered the Andhra chicken and mutton curry. The chicken had a strange, unpleasant smell, and the mutton curry was drenched in red food coloring — enough to stain your mouth and tissues. It felt more like a photo-op than a proper meal. <br> <br>Come here to click some nice pictures, but skip the food if you care about flavor and quality. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

We recently dined at Rooh Delhi for their 9-course Chef’s Tasting Menu, expecting a premium culinary experience. Unfortunately, what we received was far from it. The food felt extremely ordinary—more like a run-of-the-mill restaurant than the high-end establishment it claims to be. <br> <br>The main course featured a chicken dish that was disappointingly dry—we actually had to send it back. Several courses lacked the finesse or creativity one would expect at this price point. <br> <br>What’s more disheartening is that while the staff is doing their absolute best and clearly working hard, the overall quality of the experience has gone down—be it the food, the interiors, or the ambiance. The team deserves better leadership and direction because their effort is evident, but the execution just doesn’t live up to the promise. <br> <br>Rooh Delhi has potential, but as of now, it fails to deliver on its reputation. Definitely not worth the premium. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
