I recently visited Sobins Greens and tried their parotta, Chettinad mutton, and prawns biryani — and every dish was simply outstanding! The parotta was perfectly flaky and soft, pairing beautifully with the rich, flavorful Chettinad mutton that had just the right blend of spices. The prawns biryani was another highlight — aromatic, full of authentic coastal flavors, and loaded with juicy prawns. Beyond the food, what truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality. Sobin and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made me feel right at home.
