Terrible Experience – Staff Needs Basic Training in Behavior and Respect I had an extremely disappointing experience at this café. The staff were shockingly rude and lacked even basic manners or courtesy expected in the service industry. They were blatantly biased, showing unnecessary deference to foreign guests while treating others—including children—with disrespect. One of the staff members (photo attached) was particularly aggressive and rude to a small child, which was completely unacceptable. When confronted, he justified his behavior by claiming "foreigners don't like it"—a baffling and deeply insensitive excuse. Children deserve kindness and patience, not humiliation. Such behavior reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the establishment. I strongly urge management to train their staff in basic customer service and sensitivity. Until then, I would advise anyone who values dignity and self-respect to avoid this place.

We had a very bad experience. Food quality was very bad, prawns were not properly cleaned and devained. Also guy names Soham, his behavior was very rude. Not recommended atall for dinning.
