Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The cooks here prepare tasty garlic cheese bread, vegetable pizza and paneer. A lot of people find that the staff is knowledgeable at this place. Guests say that the service is cool here. It's always good to try something new, enjoying the nice atmosphere. But clients rate PEPPER’S PIZZA - MuradNagar below average on Google.

Report incorrect information
On our visit, we paid ₹300 for our order, but your staff claimed that we had only paid ₹200. When we questioned this, one of the staff members asked for an additional ₹10, then oddly returned ₹50. This entire exchange was confusing and suspicious. If we had paid only ₹200, why would they ask for ₹10 and return ₹50? None of it added up.
When we requested to review the CCTV footage to clarify the payment issue, we were told to wait. However, after serving other customers who arrived after us, they then claimed that the footage would only be available after four days because the "checking officer is in Goa." This sounds unreasonable and unprofessional.
To add to the frustration, your staff and even some nearby customers seemed to be laughing at us, which was extremely humiliating. Other customers were served before us, despite arriving later. We felt disrespected, neglected, and publicly embarrassed over what seems to be a ₹40 discrepancy.
We can afford ₹40, but we cannot tolerate dishonesty, humiliation, and poor treatment. No apology was given, and the overall attitude of the staff was unacceptable
