Review Title: Extremely Late Delivery and Poor Service Experience I am very disappointed with my recent order experience from your pizza agency. I placed an order that took 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered — far beyond a reasonable delivery time for pizza. By the time it finally arrived, the pizza was almost completely cold and had lost its freshness and taste. What made the experience even worse was the poor communication from your staff. When I called to check on my order, the first person I spoke to lied and said it had already been delivered. When I insisted that I hadn’t received it, I was told that the wrong contact number had been given — which doesn’t make sense because I received the order confirmation perfectly fine. Then later, when I called again, I was told that the delivery person had just departed. This inconsistency and lack of honesty are completely unacceptable. I was looking forward to a good meal, but instead, I received a cold pizza after waiting far too long and being misled multiple times. I hope your management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving delivery times, communication transparency, and overall service quality.
