It’s for the newly opened Vaishali branch — and honestly, the whole experience was pathetic. There was no smile, no greeting, no sense of welcome, and absolutely no good vibe at all. I ordered two pizzas (Farm Fresh and Wonder). Right from the start, the ordering experience felt robotic — no suggestions, no engagement, nothing. The staff member seemed completely disinterested, as if she just wanted to take the order and leave. I specifically asked her to use as little mayonnaise as possible, but she neither noted it down nor communicated it to anyone. I’m definitely not buying from here again. You’d expect at least decent service during the opening phase — but clearly not here. To make it worse, their pamphlets mention “Home Delivery,” but when I called, no one answered. I even told her about it — she didn’t care. She just kept talking on the phone, then after a while checked another one (probably the delivery phone), found it out of battery, and still said nothing. Edit: As expected, the pizza was full of mayonnaise and barely had any cheese. The crust seemed homemade, but the overall taste was far from enjoyable — definitely not something you’d want to feed yourself or your loved ones.
