I placed an order via Swiggy and was shocked to receive a completely burnt burger pizza (as shown in the image). It’s extremely disappointing that the restaurant would send out food in such a condition. Quality control seems to be non-existent. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for a proper meal.
