The staff there abused us literally like maa behen ki gaaliya, without any reason. They don't respect customer and no humanity.
When we arrived, their was no or less customers, they welcome us and give you an special table near by dance floor but when crowd came and someone from that crowd ask for that table and giving them extra money for that, they just give them that same table without taking any concern from us and later on, when we ask staff to move those customers to another place as we were sitting there, they use abusive language and about to beat us. This is how to do.
They don't deserve any customers. First time i have faced such vulgur act in goa. Please be careful and avoid going there. Who know, they use to do the same things to others too.
And i dont know whats with them not giving the bill. I was denied bill of my drinks and then bill of my table. The waiting staff literally told me “come check the bill on my screen” as getting a hard copy would take 30 minutes. Not sure if this is something the GST department needs to look into.
There is def something fishy going on with the billing. Either the staff is trying to rob the owners or the owner is trying to rob the GST department. But anyways yes, if by anychance the managements gets to see this. Hire some better waiting staff. Otherwise i am sorry to say this wont survive. You have made a decent place but the staff needs to be trained and not just trained replaced.
