Found the food quite ordinary, we ordered 8-9 items and nothing really stood out but what made the experience wonderful was the extraordinary hospitality by the outlet manager Sumitro and his service team. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and ensured that we had a great time. Surely coming back for the service. Romano's at JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai, offers a luxurious dining experience with an Italian menu. I dined alone and enjoyed a beer and the Octopus Garden Risotto for a quick dinner. The restaurant was not crowded when it opened at 6:30 PM. The staff were attentive and checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I would likely visit the restaurant again.
