I'm usually not one to complain, but my latest coffee experience was a major letdown. I stopped by Roma yesterday morning, excited to kick-start my day with a freshly brewed cup. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted bitter and over-extracted. The flavor was unbalanced, with a weirdly sweet aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. I was expecting a rich, smooth cup, but what I got was a disappointing, lackluster brew. To make matters worse, the service was slow and unfriendly. The barista seemed put off when I asked for a simple modification to my order. Needless to say, I won't be returning to [Roma] anytime soon. For a coffee lover like myself, it's a shame to see a local business serving subpar coffee. Rating: 1/5 stars Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Finally found a cute coffee shop in my neighbourhood. The coffee hit the right spots, met a very knowledgeable barista. Over the years, I’ve been dreading to have a place just a walk away from home to sip my evening cuppa joe. And it was just perfect today, found this gem!! I picked up a flat white, and I cannot wait to try other stuff in the menu:)
