I ordered a roll with a multigrain parantha but received it with a regular maida base. Upon raising the issue, the restaurant staff ignored the complaint and tells back to check the CCTV footage. I found the roll different from versions i had in other cities, but the restaurant claimed their process was the same. The manager refused to resolve the issue and instead blamed back. Additionally, the roll had inadequate filling despite high prices. I feel that staff and establishment needs proper inspection and training. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
