You have to tell explicitly that you need wheat base roll. If you miss it then they serve maida by default. They don’t think it’s their responsibility to ask customer which base they want. If you say that they should ask then they say that if they keep asking it every customer their maida base won’t be sold. I liked their taste for long time but if they want to concentrate on maida and are not customer centric then I won’t be their customer anymore.
