Completely heartbroken. I ordered Butterfly wings Cake for my baby Sevya's 1st birthday. This cake is to be setup by their staff as it includes operational Butterfly wings. 1stly they put up incorrect spelling of my baby's name as SEYVA despite me providing them spelling in written, as if there's no1 who can check for spelling before sending out cakes, also Butterfly wings led light didn't worked at all and their staff who was responsible for setting up the cake vanished away without checking. I don't know if owner must be held responsible or its staff's fault on both count, but any business is as good as it's staff. So I'll definitely avoid visiting Rolling Pin again. "Why no spell check then" - Because sir it might be possible that the person who's hosting such a big event must be busy, and your staff didn't mention any such thing to check on Cake. Also, you didn't acknowledge Butterfly wings led not working in your response. "It takes only 10-15 secs", I'm here on Google not for 15 mins, but for all the time. Be patient enough to acknowledge things you can do better on, and you'll go places with your business. Don't always put blame on others for the things you or your staff could've done better Jonty. Our staff is there for almost 10-15 minutes.Why no spelling check then ? it takes only 1 second to split from y to v !
