Disappointing Experience with Rolling in Dough Dear store Manager, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order from your restaurant through Swiggy. Despite receiving the order promptly, the quality of the food was significantly below expectations. The croissants were soggy and overly gooey, with an undercooked interior that was unpleasant to consume. The potato puffs were similarly disappointing, lacking the expected flakiness. I have attached photos for your reference. Given the premium prices charged by your restaurant, I would expect a much higher standard of quality. It is disheartening to see that customers may be misled by positive ratings. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
