Sir, Please accept our sincere apology. This was your second order and we are extremely sorry for your bad experience. Though we use liquid cheese of Veeba. but I can relate with your comment as liquid cheese is not as good as solid cheese. I will personally see to it, what else we could do to improvise its taste.
