First of all, paratha was not fresh infanct the taste was bad and it took them more than 1.5 hours in a single roll

We cross checked, we are not at fault - it is due to late arrival of the Zomato delivery partner. Sharing the exact timeline - you can check your app - Order Placed - 6.11 pm, Ready - 6.17 pm, Delivery partner arrived - 6.37 pm, Delivered - 6.58 pm.
