We ordered veg rolls from Rolls Nation and had a really great experience. The rolls were very delicious, with good stuffing, crispy texture, and were not oily at all. They are 100% vegetarian, with no eggs used, which we truly appreciated. The dough used for the bread was soft and well-prepared, without any elasticity issues. One roll was filling enough for a single person and the pricing was quite economical. Overall, it was a satisfying and value-for-money experience. Highly recommended! If I could give 0, I would! I used to be a big fan of Roll Nation, but after today’s experience, I regret ever ordering again. Quality: The rolls were a complete disaster. The moment I opened the wrapper, I was shocked—no proper mayo, no authentic taste—just filled with cheap desi red chutney that you find at random street carts. The roll itself was so hard and crunchy that after one bite, I had to throw it away. Honestly, I ended up throwing it in the bin because it was that bad. Timing & Service: My order kept showing "preparing" for more than 25 minutes. I called the restaurant—no answer. I called the delivery partner—he confirmed they were delaying unnecessarily. I even asked him to connect me with the restaurant, but the staff rudely refused to talk, saying in rough Bihari Hindi: “Hum ka nahi baat karni, na hi hum karenge, jo karna ho kar lo.” This is the kind of language they use with paying customers. Unbelievable! This whole experience is a disgrace to the name Roll Nation. A brand that I once recommended to so many people is now behaving like a local food stall with zero quality and absolutely no respect for customers. Shameful! I will definitely escalate this to Swiggy’s support team and also highlight this on LinkedIn so others don’t waste their money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
