Highly unprofessional people with no sense of service industry . This was the second time they took order on phone and when I went to collect it they have the same excuse as earlier that they haven’t received any order . When I mentioned this number enlisted on google on which I called and placed the order they accepted it’s theirs but continued to deny they got any calls of my order. Highly frustrating! Roll mafia (santushti lane) successfully goes to my black list now ! Food: 3 Service: 1
