I usually order from the Urban Estate outlet of Roll Express and always enjoy the taste there. However, I once ordered from this outlet and the experience was very disappointing. The taste was not even close to 1% of what I get from the Urban Estate branch. Quality and flavor need serious improvement at this outlet to match the brand's standard.
