I had a very disappointing experience at Roll Express. The service was extremely poor – my order was delayed much longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about resolving the issue. Their customer care was unhelpful and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration. On top of that, there is not enough seating arrangement for customers, making it uncomfortable to wait. Overall, Roll Express really needs to improve their service quality, responsiveness, and basic facilities. At this point, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
