Came across this highly rated place on Zomato, and decided to give it a try. Rojo Tomate is a restaurant which gives you what you should be looking for while visiting an Italian outfit, the classic Nepolitan pizzas. And they are pretty good! We tried one of their pollos pizza and I must say the tomato gravy tasted fresh. We even tried their garlic breads and they were super tasty! The americano also did not disappoint.Having been to Italy, this place is probably serving one of the best Nepolitan pizzas in Chandigarh, if not the best! And the hero ingredient? The dough- its fluffy, has the right amount of crisp and feels super fresh! The ambuence is quaint with no frills, and perhaps a welcome change from those restaurants thar charge you money for the ambience but end up serving mediocre food. Rojo Tomate does the opposite - great food with Will definitely visit again!
