Had a very bad experince at Rocomamas, kalyani nagar today. The waiters didnt have the necessry training, despite of repeating the order several time they still missed to take note of one item. They served a burger saying it is veg, and only after cutting it into two we realised it was chicken. Moreover, the cashier was being very rude at the time of bill payment. Eventhough the food was good, the the service made the experience upsetting.
