This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes before anyone even attend me and my wife or came to take my order. During this time, several staff members were clearly more focused on using their phones than attending to customers, as if that was more important.When I finally asked for the menu, the situation became even more confusing. The staff themselves did not seem to know which menu should be followed, as the restaurant apparently has two different menus.To make matters worse, all of this happened despite being charged a 10% service charge.
