The view is amazing here, rooms and services could have been better! We were asked to wait for 1.5 hrs as room was not ready during check in.. Also staff were very cold! Food is not great to be honest! Most of the items in food menu were not available! Power kept tripping entire time (i can understand that as this place is located on hill top and it was monsoon) but it was way too frequent!! We stayed there for 2 nights no room cleaning service was offered! Rooms are high priced as per size and amenities, swimming pool view is awesome but the water was not cleaned! Service: 2

This was my second visit to Rockford Resort in Mahabaleshwar, and once again, the experience was largely positive. It is a well-maintained property ideal for both family and friends. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a breathtaking view that truly enhances the overall stay. The room we chose was their best offering and did not disappoint—it was spacious, clean, and located right in front of the swimming pool, which made for a relaxing ambiance. While the room and property lived up to expectations, I did feel that the pricing was slightly on the higher side, especially considering we visited on weekdays. Nonetheless, the resort offers good value overall, with ample parking space and a location that is around 10 km from the city center, easily accessible via well-maintained roads. Special mention must go to Mr. Mahendra Singh at the reception, who was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. However, one major disappointment was the behavior of the restaurant staff. One staff member in particular was extremely rude, especially in his interaction with female guests. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and must be addressed by the management. The food, on the other hand, was quite good and well-prepared, which helped balance the dining experience to some extent. In conclusion, Rockford Resort is a great place for a getaway, with excellent views and amenities, but it would greatly benefit from training its restaurant staff to maintain a more courteous and respectful attitude towards all guests. We booked 2 rooms for a family stay. The location is right next to a valley and we got to see a rainbow in yhe valley. We had lunch in the restaurant and ordered dinner in our room. The food was great. The resort has a pool and a games area. One can spend a whole day inside the resort without any problems. Overall we had a great stay. Service: 5
