Extremely disappointing experience at Rochas Restaurant We went to Rochas for breakfast today with my frnds From the very beginning the service was terrible. When we politely asked if they could join a few tables together so that we could all sit together, the waiter rudely replied that it was not possible and spoke in a very disrespectful tone absolutely no manners. To make things worse, one of our friends was not feeling well and simply asked for a black tea first. The waiter again said “that’s not possible” in a very harsh and rude way. It was shocking to see such unprofessional and arrogant behaviour towards customers. Even if the food is good, such an attitude completely ruins the experience. Management really needs to train their staff to treat customers with at least basic respect. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant until they improve their behaviour and service quality.
