So yesterday I visited to this place for lunch we sat & waited for the waiter for approx 20-30 mins to come & take the order finally he came when we call him twice & thrice after that we got our food almost 45 mins of placing the order in which naan was roit & I personally did not found appropriate to pay ₹200 for such a piece of naan then when I had gone to use washroom I was surprised to see a male staff in female washroom & more surprised to know that female staff was in male one after that when I came back & asked for the bill the waiter again took 30-45mins to bring the bill. This was the 5star hotel Hayat Regency Food : 3/5Service : 1/5Ambience: 4/5Atmosphere: 2/5

The food was pathetic. Only the prices are according to the name but the quality was down the drain. They used frozen meat and the quality was worst. Its not at all value for money. Hygiene too is very bad. Its better to eat at a roadside joint instead here. Even the roti tasted bad, they used old dough. It was smelly. Worst experience.
