The restaurant’s hygiene standards need urgent attention. We were served water in glasses that still had lipstick stains, which was extremely disappointing. It raises a serious question about the purpose of adding a service charge when basic hygiene is being neglected. I strongly urge the management to address these concerns immediately to ensure a better and safer dining experience for customers
