Maam today my experience at The Roasterie Café ka aaj ka experience bahut hi kharab tha. Burger aur pizza ka base itna stale tha ki khana mushkil ho gaya. Itne low-quality food serve karna bilkul acceptable nahi hai. Yeh seriously improve karna padega, warna customer dobara wapas nahi aayenge.”

We can accept anything but will never accept that our food was stale . We have never reheated our food . Never ever used any pizza base ,burger ,tikki , veggies or anything at all that wasn't freshly made or chopped . So when you let your pizza go cold ( since it's winters) ,we can reheat it for you but we will not agree with you telling us that our food was stale .Any ingredients we use are the best quality. Bonn buns, amul cheese etc .... Dough we use is made fresh in house and is done according to your specific ask ( thin crust/ normal crust ) after you place the order .A crispy pizza base is what people crave for ,if you wanted something soft I suggest you try Domino's.P.S I usually do not reply to negative comments by customers as i understand that when it comes to food, it's pasand apni apni.But you were rude to my mother .Thanks a ton !
