Now a days with government backing every body is charing for the packaging materials. Earlier even before plastic covers things were used to pack items such as paper, banana leaf etc. Now since govt allowed to collect extra money everybody is taking advantage. Why is it not the duty of the hotel to absorb the cost of packing rather than charge the customer. That too for 2 items the packaging cost is Rs.22

I had worst experience on this Sunday (25th Feb),ordered grill and tandoori by delivery method, after one hour I rechecked my order , they said come and get the order that they don't have time to delivery .. first time suffered trouble on roast at ECR. . made there customer satisfaction into zero % ....
